Come join our friends in Independence Monday, August 18, 7:00, Japanese Garden, East side of Independence City Hall, corner of East Lexington and North Memorial Dr.  Rain location is inside City Hall. 

This is a farewell event for their delegation from the Independence sister city Higashimurayama (they're visiting August 5-19).  Sheridan’s Frozen Yogurt is catering this event.

A special invitation for youth who may be interested in applying for the 2015 student delegation.  It will give them a chance to see what JSCC (Independence Japan Sister City Committee) has to offer them.  The Japanese student delegation will present their short program.  It will be lots a fun.  Bring lawn chairs and bug spray.  This event does not require reservations.
